USING THE DECK
Do I need to facilitate this?
Up to you! You can easily pick a card, ask the question, listen. No training, no certification, no awkward setup required.
How long does a session take?
As long as you need. A coffee chat or networking event — pick 3-5 questions and you've got 20-30 minutes of actual conversation. A team meeting or standup — pull one card to open or close. A team offsite — draw cards, go around the table, easily fill an hour. Off Script cards works in the time you have.
What if someone doesn't want to answer?
Pass and pick another card. No forced participation.
How many people can use one deck?
Any size group. For teams larger than 8, consider ordering multiple decks.
Can I use this on a video call?
